If you don't live in the SW and if you've never had Mesquite flour,

you'll probably wonder what this is all about,

but this is a wonderfully sweet bean pod that people

are waking up to as really good FREE food that typically

falls on the ground and is thrown away.

I'm taking every chance I get to change that!
